Refund policy

Returns

Our goal at The Lob Padel is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your padel racket, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged racket, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us immediately upon noticing any defects.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
